How these tools work

Every calculator runs in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to QuickCasa or stored anywhere, and you do not need an account or an email address to see a result.

Each calculator page explains what it calculates, lists the exact formula, and walks through a worked example with real figures. If your lease or your accountant uses a different method, the formula shows exactly where the numbers will differ.

The rent increase calculator, security deposit calculator and move-out notice calculator have a page for each province, with that province's rules and links to the official sources they come from.

The checklists print without the website's menus and footer around them. To keep a digital copy, choose Save as PDF in your browser's print window.

Spend less time on leasing admin

QuickCasa answers rental inquiries around the clock, qualifies each renter, books tours and follows up, so your team can focus on the renters who are ready to sign.
