About this position
Most enterprise software is boring as hell. QuickCasa is different. We’re building a smart, fast, and actually enjoyable experience for leasing teams, and we need a UI/UX pro to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing sleek, intuitive UIs that make enterprise users want to engage.
- Creating smooth, frustration-free workflows that eliminate extra clicks and clunky UX.
- Balancing beauty and function. Enterprise, but not soulless.
- Collaborating with product and dev teams to bring ideas to life.
- Running user tests to make sure designs aren’t just pretty, but effective.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong UI/UX design experience. Bonus if you’ve worked on SaaS or B2B tools.
- Aesthetic instincts. We want software that feels premium and effortless.
- Figma wizardry, or whatever your weapon of choice is.
- Empathy for users. Enterprise teams are stuck with bad software. We’re here to fix that.
- A bias for action. Ideas are cool, but shipping great UX is cooler.
