Submit a conversation for review
When the AI handles a conversation badly, you can now send that whole conversation to the QuickCasa team from inside the portal. The Conversation tab on any lead carries a Submit for Review button.
When the AI handles a conversation badly, quotes the wrong rent, ignores a question, escalates something it should have handled, or sounds off, you can now send that whole conversation to the QuickCasa team without leaving the portal.
Where to find it
Open any lead and go to the Conversation tab. The section header that shows the building name carries a Submit for Review button on the right. Anyone who can see the lead can use it, and there is no separate permission or module to switch on first.
What it asks
The button opens a side panel with three questions, all required.
- What went wrong? One category from a fixed list: said something incorrect or made up, missed or ignored what the lead asked, tone or wording was off, should have escalated to a human, escalated when it did not need to, wrong property, unit or pricing details, message timing or frequency, or something else. The list is fixed rather than free text so reviews can be counted by type over time.
- What happened? The detail. Quoting the offending message here makes it much faster to trace.
- Ideally, how should this have gone? What the AI should have said or done instead.
The third question is the point of the whole form. A review that only says "this was bad" gives nobody a target, while stating the expected outcome turns it into something a fix can be measured against. The two written answers each need at least 20 characters before the Submit button becomes available.
What gets sent with it
Submitting also stores a snapshot of the conversation exactly as it read at that moment, up to the most recent 100 messages. The live conversation keeps moving, so without a snapshot the record would drift away from what you were looking at when you filed it.
What it does not do
This is about the quality of the AI handling of a conversation. It does not notify the lead, pause the chat, or change anything about the follow-ups. There is no status shown back in the portal today, so a review is a one-way send rather than a ticket thread. Reviews can be filed on any lead regardless of the channel the conversation came in on.
