See your payouts without logging into Stripe
The Payouts page shows your balance, every bank payout with its arrival date, and a company-wide payments statement. Both tables export to CSV, so reconciliation no longer means a separate login.
Money you collect through the resident portal now has a page of its own, so working out what landed in the bank and why no longer means logging into a payment processor dashboard.
Where to find it
Open Payouts in the Residents sidebar. It shows your balance split into what is available and what is still settling, every bank payout with its arrival date, and your payout schedule described in plain language.
The payments statement
Underneath is a company-wide payments statement covering every payment collected, with the resident and unit it belongs to. Both the payouts and the payments tables export to CSV, which is the part a bookkeeper cares about.
Two totals that are deliberately kept apart
The statement separates money processed through the app from money recorded as arriving outside it, such as cash or an e-transfer. Only the first can ever appear in a payout, because the second never entered the payment account.
The two are never added into a single collected figure. Doing so would produce a total that can never be reconciled against your bank statement, which is the opposite of useful. The CSV export carries the source and the received date for the same reason.
Worth knowing
Where a payer covered the card processing fee, they were charged more than you collected, and the individual payment shows both numbers: what you collected, and what their statement was charged. The first is the one that matches your payout.
Payouts go to a payment account in your own company name and then to your bank, on your normal schedule. Everything is Canadian dollar and Canadian pre-authorized debit today.
