See which campaign each lead came from, and track calls by source

Every lead now shows the marketing campaign that brought them in, read from UTM tags and Google Ads clicks. You can also give a campaign its own phone number, so calls and texts are credited to the source that made your phone ring.

You can now see which campaign each lead arrived through, right on the lead, and set up tracking numbers so phone calls are credited to the right source too.

The campaign on a lead

Open any lead and look under Lead Source for Campaign. First touch is the campaign that found the person, and Latest touch shows when a later campaign brought them back.

Campaigns are read from the UTM tags on the link someone arrived through, or from a Google Ads click. They are picked up from web chat, QuickCasa forms, forms on other websites that use the capture snippet, and calls or texts to a tracking number. When nothing carried a campaign, the lead says No campaign recorded.

Tracking numbers

Any phone or text access point on a lead flow can become a tracking number. Open the access point, go to Call Tracking and switch on Is this a call tracking number?. Give it a Source, such as google or facebook, and optionally a Medium and Campaign. Every call to the number is credited to that campaign, and a text conversation counts once.

Swapping the number on your website

Fill in Number on your website to replace, and visitors who arrive from that campaign see the tracking number wherever your main number is printed, including tap-to-call links, in the same formatting. The campaign is remembered in their browser for 30 days, and visitors who come in directly see your normal number.

QuickCasa websites swap numbers automatically. A site published before this picks it up the next time you publish it. For a website built elsewhere, choose Get the Snippet for Other Websites and paste it into the site once. One snippet covers every tracking number you add.

Good to know

  • If you copied the form capture snippet before October 3, 2026, copy it again to pick up campaigns from those forms.
  • Older leads show their campaign the next time they are updated.
  • It is one number per source, not one per visitor, and only North American numbers on a website are swapped.
