Replies from the Facebook Page Inbox now appear in the conversation
When a team member answers a lead from the Facebook Page Inbox or Business Suite, that reply now shows up in the lead's conversation in the portal beside the assistant's replies, marked as sent from the Page Inbox. Pages connected before this change need to be re-authorized once.
A conversation with a Facebook lead used to show only the lead's half if a team member answered from Facebook rather than from QuickCasa. Connecting a page now subscribes QuickCasa to both the messages leads send it and the messages the page itself sends, so a reply typed in the Facebook Page Inbox or Business Suite shows up in the lead's conversation in the portal alongside the assistant's replies, marked with a note that it was sent from the Page Inbox. A colleague picking up the thread later sees the whole exchange in one place: what the lead said, what the assistant said, and what somebody on the team said from Facebook.
What it does not do
A manual reply is recorded for visibility only. It does not pause the assistant, so if a team member answers a lead in the Page Inbox while the assistant is composing, the lead receives both.
Pages connected before this change
Pages connected before this was added need to be re-authorized once to start receiving Page Inbox replies. Open the flow, go to its Access Points, open the Facebook channel and press Re-authorize page. The Facebook user who authorizes it must leave the "manage page metadata" permission ticked, or the page cannot be subscribed at all.
