Replace every contact on a flow in one go
When a leasing agent leaves, the same person can be on a flow in a dozen places. The flow page now has a Replace All button that rewrites every contact name, email and phone slot at once, and each row can be linked to a building or team member so the flow follows future changes on its own.
A flow can carry the same person in a dozen places: the main contact on general settings, the public and internal contacts on each business goal, every notification recipient, and the human transfer on a voice channel. When that person changes, editing those one by one is slow and easy to get wrong. The flow page now has a Replace All button in the page header, next to Archive Flow, for exactly that.
How it works
Clicking it opens a small form with three rows: contact name, email and phone number. Each row is an ordinary field, so it can hold a typed value or be linked with the chain-link button to a building, a team member or a CASA, the same way any other field can. Fill in only the rows that should change. A row left blank is skipped, so replacing the email alone leaves every name and phone number as it was. As you fill in rows, the form reports what it is about to write, for example "This will update 5 name fields, 3 email fields, and 2 phone fields."
What it touches
Replace All writes to every contact name, email and phone slot on the flow: the main contact, each business goal's public and internal contacts, every notification recipient, the human transfer on each voice channel, and the flow's tour and application contact points. It leaves the numbers that belong to QuickCasa alone. The CASA's own phone number and the SMS transfer number are never touched, because those are the channel, not the person.
Link rather than type
Linking a row is the recommended path. Every matching field on the flow then points at the same source, and the next time that person's details change on the building or team member record, the flow follows without another visit.
Nothing is saved until you save
The change lands in the form, not in the database. After Replace All the page shows the new values everywhere and reminds you to save. Save Flow at the bottom of the page keeps them, and Cancel Changes throws them away like any other edit. A typed email or phone number is checked before the button enables. A linked row is always accepted, since its value comes from the source rather than being typed.
