QuickCasa Mail: read and answer email on your own domain in the portal

Turn an address on your own verified domain, like leasing@yourcompany.com, into a mailbox your team reads and answers inside QuickCasa. Mail sent there stays with the people you choose, never becomes a lead and never goes through the AI.

QuickCasa Mail gives the people on your team a real mailbox on your own domain, read and answered inside the portal. It is meant for the addresses a person should answer, such as your own name or a shared leasing address, so a small team does not need a separate email seat for each one.

Setting up a mailbox

You need a verified sending domain first, which you add under Access Points in Sending Domains. Then, in the QuickCasa Mail section on the same page, choose New Mailbox. Type the part before the @, pick the domain, set the name people see, and choose who can use it:

  • Just one person for a personal mailbox, hidden from everyone else.
  • Chosen people for a shared mailbox.
  • Everyone in the company for an address the whole team answers.

What each person can do is set on their role with the QuickCasa Mail permission, from read only up to creating and removing mailboxes.

Reading and answering

Choose Mail in the sidebar, which shows your unread count. You get Inbox and Archived tabs, Reply, Reply all, Forward and New, and attachments up to 10 MB per message. Everyone keeps their own read and unread state on a shared mailbox, and the list refreshes itself every minute.

To get mail on your phone, edit a mailbox and set Forward a copy to an address you already read there. It is off by default.

How it fits with your leads

An address is either a mailbox or a lead intake address on a flow, never both. Mail to a mailbox never creates a lead and the AI never reads or answers it.

Limits

  • It works in the portal only. There is no connection to Outlook, Gmail or a phone mail app, and no calendar or contacts.
  • Up to 200 messages sent per company per day and 30 per mailbox per hour, with up to 50 recipients per message.
