Look at one intake address at a time in the Inbox

The Inbox has an inbox picker above the Conversations and Spam tabs. Choose one intake address or phone number and both tabs narrow to that inbox: the conversation list shows the leads that arrived there, and the Spam tab shows only what was held from it.

Where to find it

Open the Inbox. The picker sits above the tabs and starts on All inboxes. Choose an option to narrow down, and choose All inboxes to widen back out.

What it helps with

If you run separate addresses or numbers for different buildings, campaigns or brands, you can read one stream on its own rather than picking it out of everything at once. Each option shows how much traffic that inbox has had, so you can see which addresses are busy. An address whose only mail so far was held still appears in the list, so you can inspect it.

Things to know

Conversations that started before this picker existed may not yet know which inbox they arrived on. They still appear under All inboxes, and QuickCasa can fill the missing inbox in for past conversations on request.
