Link a building address, and find company data faster
Every building now publishes its full address as a linkable value, alongside its name and contacts. The Link Data picker puts the related building and CASA first when you are on a flow, and the Client Variables list is sorted, searchable, and can insert straight into the field you opened it from.
The building address is now a value you can link
Buildings publish seven values each: building name, address, manager name, manager email, manager phone number, application link and viewing link. The address is new. It is the full postal line in the shape a lead would expect to read it, street, city, province or state and postal code, for example "123 Main Street, Calgary, AB T2P 1J9". It is built from the building's address fields, so fixing a postal code on the building fixes it everywhere the address is linked.
The picker suggests the building you are working on
Fields that support linking show a chain-link button on the right-hand side, which opens the Link Data picker. When the field sits on a flow, the related building and CASA are now listed first under Suggested, and the attribute that matches the field (Manager Email on an email box, Manager Phone Number on a phone box) is the first chip on that row. On a building or CASA page, that record is the one suggested. Everything else is still grouped and searchable below.
The Client Variables list
Fields and code editors that accept client variables show a small binary icon beside their label. Clicking it opens the Client Variables list: every variable the company has, sorted alphabetically by name, with a search box that matches on the name, the code or the description. Each row has two buttons. Copy puts the code on the clipboard. Insert writes the variable straight into the field or editor that opened the list, then closes it and puts the cursor after what it wrote.
Where Insert lands depends on where your cursor was. If the cursor was in the field when you clicked the icon, the variable goes in at that spot, replacing any selected text. If the field was not focused, it goes on the end. In a text field the variable shows as a name in square brackets. In a code editor it is written as clientData followed by the code, and it will not be placed on a locked line.
Typing @ shows names, not codes
Hand-written client variables still work by typing @ in a supported field. The picker now lists names alphabetically and filters as you type, and the field keeps showing the name rather than the variable code, so the next person editing can tell what it points at.
