Done For You: have QuickCasa build it for you

Some parts of QuickCasa are powerful but fiddly to configure. Rather than building one of them alone, you can send our team a brief and have it built for you, then handed over.

The four services

• Website. A designer builds your whole website. Start from the Website Builder and press Create Website: the first screen asks whether you want to build it yourself in the five-step wizard or have it done for you.
• Data migration. We move your data off your old system. Reached from the Import Data page, under the self-serve import options.
• Phone and voice. We configure the AI that answers your calls. Reached from the Switchboard list.
• Resident portal. We roll the tenant-facing portal out to your residents. Reached from the Residents overview tab.

How it works

Every one of them is free to ask for. We read the brief and come back with scope, timing and pricing before any work starts, and nothing goes live until you have signed it off.

Each page lays out what you get and a four-stage explanation of how it runs, then the brief itself. The briefs branch, so they ask only what applies to you, they save your progress as you go, and they prefill your name, email and company from your account. They take about ten minutes and nearly every question is optional. A link under the form opens it in its own tab if you would rather have the room.

Everything else

Areas without a dedicated page are covered by a general white glove request form. Complex surfaces carry a Request white glove help callout that opens it with the relevant area already selected, so you do not have to re-explain where you are. That covers sequencing, automations and cadences, data integrations, inventory sync, escalations, and reporting and analytics.
