A public status page at status.quickcasa.ai

QuickCasa now publishes a live status page. It shows whether every monitored surface is answering right now, its uptime over the last 90 days, and any incidents in the last 30 days. Anyone can open it, no sign-in needed, and it keeps working when the services it reports on do not.

QuickCasa publishes a live status page at status.quickcasa.ai. It shows, for each region QuickCasa runs in, whether every monitored surface is answering right now, its uptime over the last 90 days, and any incidents in the last 30 days. Anyone can open it. No sign-in is needed.

What is on the page

  • A headline for the selected region: "All systems operational", "Some systems are responding slowly", "Some systems are down", or "Monitoring data is delayed" when the region has not reported for more than 15 minutes.
  • A region switch between Canada and the United States. Each region is checked from inside that region and reports separately. The United States region does not have monitoring data yet.
  • One row per surface, grouped as Lead intake, Applications, Websites, Platform and Integrations. Each row shows its current state, a 90 day strip and its 90 day uptime percentage.
  • The 90 day strip. Each tick is one calendar day. Its colour is that day's uptime and its height is that day's average response time relative to the slowest day on the strip, so a tall green tick is a day that was slow but never failed. Hovering a tick shows the date, how many checks ran, how many failed, and the average and slowest response.
  • Incidents, last 30 days. A run of consecutive failed checks against one surface is an incident, listed with the day, the surface, the start and end time, how long it lasted, and the error the check saw.

How the checks work

Every five minutes, a scheduled job running inside each region sends a small request to each monitored surface and records whether it answered and how quickly. A failed request is retried once before it counts, so a single dropped connection does not become an incident. Uptime is the share of checks that answered over the last 90 days, and it is never rounded up.

The page reads the recorded results directly rather than going through any of the services it reports on, so it can still show the last recorded state during an outage. If the record itself cannot be reached, the page says so rather than showing a stale green.

Reading the numbers

Operational means the most recent check answered normally. Slow means it answered but took more than 4 seconds. Down means it did not answer, with the error shown beside it. All times on the page are UTC.
