QuickPay is the payments layer of QuickCasa Resident. Your residents pay by bank, card, or monthly autopay inside the QuickPass app they already use, every payment settles into the ledger on its own, and payouts land in your bank account. Connect your bank once and rent day stops being a project.
Everything lives under Residents in the QuickCasa portal. There is no separate payments product to learn, and nothing to install.
A guided setup from the Residents page: confirm your business details and link the account payouts land in. Most companies finish in one sitting.
Add tenants one at a time, or drop your whole rent roll into Smart Import and let it map your columns. Residents claim their invite in QuickPass.
Charges post to each ledger every month, residents pay or autopay handles it, and every payment settles automatically. You watch it happen from the portal.
Residents pay inside QuickPass, the same app they already use for maintenance, announcements, and messages. The payment page shows exactly what they owe and the full total before they confirm, so there are no surprises on either side.
No cheques, no e-transfer screenshots, no "did you get it?" texts. Just a balance, a button, and a receipt.
Every company runs rent differently, so QuickPay is a set of switches, not a policy. Choose what residents can pay with, how strongly to steer them toward autopay, and how failed payments are handled, all from the Residents page in the portal.
Defaults are sensible from day one, and nothing changes for your residents until you say so.
The Payouts page in the portal shows where every dollar is, so reconciliation happens in QuickCasa instead of a payments dashboard your bookkeeper has to learn.
What has settled and what is still on its way to you, straight from your payment account.
Each transfer to your bank listed with the date it arrives, plus your payout schedule in plain language.
A company-wide payments statement with CSV downloads, ready for whatever your accountant uses.
Rent is not the place to improvise payments infrastructure, so we did not. QuickPay runs on Stripe, the payment platform behind millions of businesses, and your payout account is in your own name.

No. QuickPay lives inside QuickPass, the same app residents use for maintenance requests, announcements, and messages. Payments is a tab, not another download.
By bank debit, by card, or by monthly autopay from their bank account. Bank payments are free for the resident. Card is optional, and you control whether it is offered at all.
Bank debits take a few business days to clear and card payments settle faster. Every payout is listed on the Payouts page with the date it arrives, alongside your payout schedule, so you always know what is landing and when.
The ledger flags it the moment the bank tells us, the resident is notified automatically with a way to pay again, and the tenancy is surfaced on your Residents overview so nothing slips through.
You can set autopay as the expected way to pay, and QuickPass presents it that way to your residents. They always keep a manual way to pay as well, so a technical hiccup never blocks the rent.
Bring your rent roll over with Smart Import, invite your residents, and start collecting whenever you are ready. Nothing forces a hard cutover, so you can move building by building if you prefer.
QuickPay is included with QuickCasa Resident. Bank payments are free for residents, and card payments carry a processing fee that is shown before the resident confirms, with you choosing who covers it. For your portfolio's specifics, get in touch.
