Who this is for

You connected a Facebook Page

You are a property manager or landlord who signed in with Facebook to connect a Page to QuickCasa. We hold your Facebook name and ID, the Pages you chose, and the access token that lets QuickCasa reply on those Pages.

You messaged a business that uses QuickCasa

You contacted a property manager through Messenger, Instagram, text, email, WhatsApp, or a website chat, and QuickCasa handled the conversation on their behalf. We hold that conversation and the contact details you shared in it.

What happens next
  1. 01

    Tell us who you are

Send the form below. The more you can tell us about how you were in touch, such as the Page you connected or the business you messaged, the faster we can find the right records.

  2. 02

    We confirm by email

A member of our team will confirm we received your request. We may ask a question or two to make sure the request really came from you before anything is removed.

  3. 03

We delete, then let you know

Once the deletion is complete we will email you to confirm. If a law requires us to keep a particular record for a set period, we will tell you which one and why.

Send your request

Ask us to delete your data.

Prefer email? Write to hello@quickcasa.ai with "Data deletion request" as the subject and include the same details.

Connected a Facebook Page?

You can also cut off QuickCasa's access yourself.

From Facebook

Open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, and remove QuickCasa. Facebook stops sending us anything new from your Pages right away.

From the QuickCasa portal

Open the flow the Page is attached to, go to Access Points, and remove the Facebook Page. QuickCasa unsubscribes from the Page and stops replying on it.

Either step stops new data coming in. Neither one deletes what we already hold, so send the form above as well if you want that removed too.
